TERMS OF SERVICE

PAYMENT

- I accept bank transfer, PayPal, and Mercado Pago.
- To start your request i will need a full payment of it (To avoid double PayPal fee or double bank transfer).
- For National requesters your payment will be as a Bank Transfer (To avoid the PayPal fee).
- For International requesters your payment will be made by PayPal. (Extra PayPal fee will be added).

*Paypal fee is around 5 to 10%

REFUNDS:

- Cancellation with full refund is only allowed if the commission hasn't started yet.
- In case of requesting a refund, it will be a percentage depending on the progress of the piece.
- In the exceptional case that I couldn't continue working, i will full refund you your money.

CHANGES:

- Changes need to be made before the Sketch is fully approved.
- Changes can be requested depending on the type of illustration, otherwise an extra fee will be charged.

TIME OF WORKING:

- To start your order, you must pay the total amount. Once the total amount is paid, I will take 3 to 4 weeks to complete it.
- In the extraordinary event that I need more time, I will contact you and come to a mutual agreement.
- The wait time for your order will also depend on your position in line. Keep in mind that if it takes 3 weeks to process your order and there are 5 people in front of you, you'll also have to take into account the 3 weeks for each of those 5 people.
- If you'd like to see a WIP of your order, I recommend checking my Telegram channel and its status in the Trello.
P.S. That doesn't change the fact that I'll be personally sharing WIP’s with you as well.
